Tomyam With Eileen

Should be coming here last night
but Eileen can't make it
I also asked Yumiko to join but she also busy
so we didn't make it here yesterday

Somehow we come here today
with Eileen + Thomas + Kinki
we came over Raja Uda for tomyam porridge

It is Eileen's first try on tomyam porridge
sounds interesting to her
and feel glad she like it too ^^

It rains that night
and the place were full house
we waited at least 30 minutes to get a table
and quickly go pick our choices of food
pick everything that you want it to be in your bowl

And then I saw behind
so many bowls till my turn
we always have to wait every time we come
business is so good huh~

There are more on the other table =.=!
but still consider less compare to my other visit
yet still wait very long
it's almost 1 hour till the food is served
no photo of my tomyam porridge
I'm way too hungry so I ate it without taking it
sorry guys~
tummy is calling me again

Goodbye Fyp!

I used to afraid the arrival of today
because it is the day for my fyp presentation
and today is the date
I am super nervous when in college
while waiting for my turn

For now, I'm totally FYP- Free
It's time for me to say Goodbye SEP!!

on how you make me sacrifice so much for you!

but yet you mean a lot to me!

Clinic Cafe again

30th August 2010

Received an information from Eileen few days ago
she's coming back hometown during Merdeka
so we make plan on meeting up
coz this is what we will do when she's in Penang

After discussing, we plan to go Clinic Cafe
Clinic Cafe sounds new and fresh to her
because KL don't have it at this moment

And so this very day come
where I don't wish this day would come so fast
not because I am not willing to meet Eileen
is about final year project !

Don't forget about my fyp peeps~
I'm not done with it yet !
today is my super big day a.k.a presentation day
and I'm super nervous on it

With just a blink of eye
it's my turn to walk in to the lecture hall
take a deep breath and start my presentation
things going quite smoothly for me
till it comes to Q & A section
I don't like Mr.Danny, my second marker
I don't feel like he's helping me at all
he keeps giving out those stupid question
where I think it would be the major drawback for me
=(

45 minutes just past so fast
and I'm done with my presentation of the day
I'm relief but I started to feel worried
I'm worried about the result now
I'm afraid Mr. Danny's stupid question will pull me down
Dr. Ian seems to agree what Danny says
arhhh.. I hope Mr. Shai can pull me a hand

Let's put that a side
I try not to think about it anymore
now continue with my day

After presentation, I went home and change
it's time for me to meet up Eileen
I promise will pick her up at Prangin Mall
of course I'm not the one who do the driving
forgot to mention that my boy take leave today
hehe ~ so he can accompany me
and he waited me in the college while I'm presenting
^^

Finally three of us reached Gurney plaza
and once again I step into this cafe

The surgery lights were off in the afternoon
and here's also a shot on the syringe setting
where it is prepared to be serve later on

We didn't order heavy food
because I don't really like the food there
we're just having high tea
so we ordered something light to make the day
below is the kaya and butter toast bread
the cheapest among all food

Then we go on with hot lemon tea
also comes with a syringe of honey

We spend the time like what we usually do
sembang non-stop !
keep ourselves updated on what's happening on earth
and the time passes so fast

I wanted to bring her for dinner too
but she say she has date with her friends already
so we change it to tomorrow

After sending off Eileen to her friend
I went up to the 7th floor to have a look
Redbox moves up few days ago
just wondering and kaypo on their new location

Surprisingly I saw this guy over there
Jovian Pong the redbox kaki
didn't expect that he could be so fast
beh hu beh hu wanna sing already
=.=!

In the end, I booked a room on 8th Sept too
just me and HIM
I mean my man, not Jovian ok~~
can't wait to visit them too ^^

I end my day like this
I feel so tired actually
because I didn't really sleep well last night
due to the slides preparation
last minutes work

Sin Ee's farewell

28th August 2010

Sin Ee is leaving Penang soon
she resigned from Fila and moving back to Johor
her staff wanted to give her a farewell party at Xuan Xin
and I was invited along

Get myself prepared and was waiting Ming Er to come
she finish work at 9.30pm and she came late

Reach there almost 10.30pm
and most of them already finish eating
below is a picture of Sin Ee
she looks so happy here
the Fila staffs make her a memory album
a handmade album about everyone

This is all her staff
as you can see they have good relationship
everyone of them like her a lot
for your information, she's the manager of Fila

Fila is always the greatest place for me
the place that gives me the best memory I've ever had
I met the best people in my life
and they are my best pals from Fila

I've never regretted to be with them
I love them like they love me
I'm the youngest among them
I never thought that I'll be that close with them

From the bottom of my heart
I appreciate this friendship a lot

Redbox goes up !

27th August 2010

This is the day where Redbox Gurney moves up!

Redbox upgrades it level from lower ground to the highest floor
not only that make the changes
they are changing into LCD screens too
and new deco design for all the rooms
it is so cool! I can't wait to visit them!

I got this freebie from Redbox last week

A free mini notebook, a recycle pen
and a free 1 head charge voucher
just by filling a e-survey form
good?

I hope I can go there next week
after my Vivi Presentation of course

FYP Report

26th August 2010

FYP report is set to due on 20th August
thank god Mr.Loh changed the date to 26th August
so that I manage to finish it

I actually use 2 days to finish the whole report
from 24th to 26th
I only slept for 5 hours
at last I finished the stupid report

Thank god for letting me finish it in time!

Short Date on Saturday night

21.8.10

Was planning to have my dinner at Fatty Loh
but when we reach there,
the place is very pack on Saturday night
so HE made his mind to dine in Gurney Plaza

Gurney Plaza~~~
a very familiar and common place for me
but to dine there, it really burst of my head
it is hard to decide where and what we should eat over there
as you know most of the food is pricey

In the end, HE say let's try Manila Place

and I was like, huh..??????
aren't there suppose to be a expensive meal?

HE say just try 1 time and see lo
so we walked in the place and find a place to settle down
and have a look on their menu

After flipping through the menu
found out the price is around RM20++
so I order a main course and HE order the mushroom soup

the mash potato was so yummy
it is so nice and I'm lovin' it deeply !

Conclusion, the portion of the main course is quite small

which due on coming Tuesday

Spend myself there about 2 hours on the project
then it's time to go home
yes, I had fun today
I enjoy my dinner, and I enjoy my time on project
all I have to thank is HIM
HE's the one who spend time with me
and I'm thankful on his patience gave all these while

Clinic Cafe Gurney Plaza

20th August 2010

Kinki and Thomas date me and HIM this night
our plan is to watch movie
but still we have to get our tummy fed before the show
and we decide to try on the newly open Clinic Cafe in Gurney Plaza
this is my first visit on Gurney Plaza's branch
I previously went the one that located in Sunway
which is much more smaller compare to the Gurney branch

Everything in this cafe were almost the same in Sunway
i mean the decorations were same
they also has the surgery lamp as their light source

One thing different is their menus
Sunway branch menu were just a laminated piece
this looks much better compare the 1 in Sunway

We waited quite some time for the food
because the place was crowded
and it's like Oooh, Finally the drinks is served

Clinic Prawn Pasta

and you know what, I don't find and prawn in the pasta
this is what we see from the menu
3 big prawns on it, but I don't even have a small prawn

Wonder it suppose to be like this ?
or they forgotten my prawns?

Doctor and Nurse

it's a snack plate which consist of sausages, ham and fries
I don't feel it nice either

And they have the signature sauce-in-syringe
it's quite common nowadays =P

Something slightly bad happen during the dinner
me and boy reach late that night
so Thomas and Kinki actually reached earlier
and they made their order right before us
however after all my order is ready served
none of their order is on the table
=(

We then ask the waiter why it took so long
and found out that the order they made hasn't pass to the kitchen
it really piss them off
because we're going for movie at 9.40pm
and it's 9.10 at the moment so they promise to do it fast for us

On the other hand, I met my Thai friends on the next table

saw both Thomas and Kinki finished their food
so it's time for us to go now

Mummy's Birthday 2010

17th August 2010

Celebrated my mum's birthday today
so me and my brother went over to Ritz bakery
to buy her a birthday cake for tonight's celebration

The dinner take place at Pantai Bersih
Ah Chong Seafood Restaurant (阿仲海边海鲜)
purpose of coming here is to have seafood
but it don't really make us satisfy on this dinner

Mum and bro actually come for fresh oyster
but they don't have it
I came with intention of having octopus
they don't have it either
then we say why not we go for the clam
what we used to call 'HAM'
they also don't serve this dish

It really ruin our mood on having seafood
I guess we dine in the wrong place
but this restaurant used to be a famous place, aren't?
So end up we order these dishes:

Assam Prawns

Fried Sotong

Signature Tofu

Sambal Petai

Steam Baby Stingray

Comments on the food:

- I don't feel it worth for us to come over so far to dine here
- It taste normal, nothing really special here

After we went home
we took out the cake we bought in the afternoon
I forgot the name of the cake
but anyway, cakes from Ritz were always best

like for the first time i guess
but too bad for Truss, he don't get to it

dogs can't take chocolate, it leads death
so sorry I forgot about him while choosing the cake
I'll remember it next round
