Popo's Birthday

27th May 2010

I got invited to a special friend's birthday celebration
he means a lot to me ad I love him too
you can call him POPO
he prefers to be call in this way

He's actual birthday falls on 15th May
but due to his many celebrations with his friends
i guess so ~
so his celebration with our gang was delayed till today

each of us used to celebrate our birthdays together every year
we did celebrated it last year too =)

He invited us to Kozue- a Japanese Restaurant
which located at the 3rd floor in Gurney Plaza

It's my first time to dine in this restaurant
it's outlook let me feel that it's an expensive restaurant
POPO decided to dine here is because they have a private room
a room that must book earlier else it can be occupied by others

There were 6 of us that night
yea~ it's always 6 of us ^^
Each of us get ourselves a set dinner as main course
and also additional side dish as snacks too
here shows some of the food that we ordered

After everyone fill up their stomach
we continue the cake-singing session
we got him a cupcake for his birthday this year

isn't is look nice and cute to have a cupcake
as a replacement of a boring birthday cake
it is too lovely for us to eat them you know =)

Anyway, after we ended our yummy dinner
we drove up to Sunset Bistro
what a sad thing that they haven't been there before

It is good to say that they actually enjoy there
they like the environment & the view much
and we actually ordered Shisha that night
because they haven't tried that before too

Lastly, we ended the day like this
I wish the birthday boy was happy that night
and thanks for the invitation on the dinner

Lesasha Girls Out

On a shinny Wednesday noon, I had a afternoon tea session
at Winter Warmers with my ex-colleagues from Lesasha
it's also like a farewell to Ms. Shin Ning
she's flying to UK to further her studies

It was my first time meeting them after the road show
it was our private afternoon tea session
we fool around with girls business

Joie ordered herself a kids meal

i wonder why the waitress didn't stop us on that
until when we ask for the bills
the manager came over & tell that we are not supposed to
but he said we already finish it, so have to put it in the bill

Clinic Cafe visit

Tuesday evening
received a sudden sms from Hong Lin
ajak me go Butterworth makan Tom Yam Moi
after that only find out that they closed on Tuesday

After discussion with Smith Kuan
we decided to pay Clinic Cafe a visit
because we never go there before since it open

Ah Hoe birthday

It's a Monday morning
it's a lazy day for me on every Monday =.=
but I have to wake early today
I have to get myself up to college
because I have a meeting with the University ang mo kau
they came all the way from UK to meet us

Purpose why they wanna meet us?
because of our final year project lo~
they want to know the details on our topic
but I'm quite disappointed with the meeting =(

At first I thought I could gain good suggestion from them
end up he tell me nothing, just say he dunno about it
=.=!

Forget about it, I got no hope at all
spoil my mood of the day nia~
Anyway, after everyone finish their meeting
we went for lunch together
not much of us, only 7 of us

We went over to Little Cottage 2
because we gonna give Beng Hoe a surprise
for his 22nd birthday

Conclusion of the day
the food to me is .... sucks!
I can't imagine the food would be like this
I prefer Harvest In Cafe more compare to this
anyway, it's not my birthday
=P

Mother's Day 2010

9th May 2010

On the Sunday afternoon
few of my family member went for buffet lunch at Cititel Hotel
they are my grannies , aunties & cousins

The food is nothing special, just normal food
nothing much to eat also actually
just take it as a Mother's Day celebration
to all the auntiessss out there

May's Date

8th May 2010

An ordinary Saturday night we went to Gurney Plaza
we had our dinner at Manhatten Fish Market for the 1st time

and we go for the seafood platter for 2
we find out something special on the table

you get to press on the button for services
then the waiter will come over to you
and yes we did do that, He love pressing the button
HIS hand gatal, just like a kid

We make our order and our drinks come 1st

then after a very very long wait
wait till i got to turn like this =.=

time keep on passing, tik tok tik tok~
finally our dinner served

After that, I feel I much prefer FISH & CO
i miss their seafood platter much
too bad we don't have it in Penang anymore

It actually quite a big portion to us
so at last we can't finish it =(

1 more problem also that cause us have to be rush
we got 9.50pm movie to watch

IRON MAN II

don't really feel it is a nice movie
much more prefer Ip Man II
