Trip with KDU mates - Day 1

** 19th November 2009 **

It's about 3 weeks time after i came back from my previous trip
and now I'm packing my bags for another trip
I wasn't going with my parents this time
I'm going along with my KDU friends by car too

Today is my brother birthday
but I don get to join them for dinner tonight
and they are going to Azuma for dinner
too bad I can't join, I've never been there for dinner =(

Back to the trip
we make ourselves gather first before the journey starts
all of us meet up at McDonalds Auto City at 6 in the morning
and inside is like totally empty and quiet
can't even see the faces of those workers
should be hiding behind curi tulang or curi makan

After everyone was fully fed, we make our move at 7am
we also stopped at a petrol station to get the cars filled
and also to top up the Touch N Go card


It took hours for us to get till the top of the hill
and it's also our first time drive there along with friends
it's about 11.30 and we finally get there
too bad we still can't check-in because too early
so we plan to take our lunch first while waiting for the rooms
meet up another 2 friends, the backpackers

It belongs to them la, Diana & her huns
they so not friendly at all, they don't want to join our car
they rather take bus & reached early in the morning
4.30 reach Genting, they're happy to do so, what to do

After finish our lunch, we went over to the hotel lobby
to check out with our check-in number
and it's still far far away, 2 more hours to go
so we decided to go collect our theme park tickets 1st

The weather outside was not doing good at all for the whole day
thick mist outside covered almost everything and it's super chilling
wonder why we still get our theme park tickets?
because we bought the "buy 2 theme park ticket free 1 room"
promotion item 1 month before the date we check-in
and so, we still have to collect it
but actually we are still allowed to enter the outdoor theme park
just that most of the rides are closed due to the mist =(
while we're waiting for the person to get us our tickets

After the tickets are collected, we still unable to check-in
the number was still far from us
so we decided to take a walk inside the First World Mall
Christmas decoration is like everywhere
we can't help ourselves by keep on taking pictures around




It's time for us to check-in our rooms after photo fun
finally we get in our rooms for such a long waiting
we rest about 30 minutes and we go to the outdoor park

The weather is so damn cold that day
we got to play The Pirate Ship and it was so fun


Beside this thrilling rides, we went for family rides too
The Flying Jumbo


Then so far no more rides for us already
so we decided to visit Beryl's Chocolate Wonderland
there's nothing much to see in there
just photo session around the wonderland
it does look like those creatures in Alice In The Wonderland
I'm like inside a fairy tale with large objects





Just before we leave the outdoor theme park
Diana called and wanted to join us, so we meet her up
then with a sudden the Cyclone rides was open
Kuan & Queenie wanted to take the ride but I didn't join them

because the queue was very very long
so while waiting for them to get their rides
Diana & me took a nice photo to prove we're in Genting

When they are done with the rides, it's time for us to go indoor
of course not forgetting our couples picture at outdoor

As we went to the indoor park, we played the bumper car
no photos during that session
Then we call the rest of the guys that din join the outdoor fun
to join us for dinner, we're hungry already
wonder where have they been for the whole day?
I'm shock to find that all of them was inside the room

But I didn't join them for dinner
because they are heading to Burger King and it's expensive
so me & darling went for some pizzas to feed our tummy

The pizzas are quite disappointing actually
it taste so different compare to those we usually eat
the soup taste so awful like plain warm water

After dinner everyone went back to their room for some rest
bath and get prepared for another gaming session
Yes we do went in to the casino
a tiny problem occur during we enter the casino
Queenie is not allowed to go in because she under age
so Krisna accompany her sembang inside their room

I can feel that most of my friends are having fun inside
especially that couple - Diana & her huns
they were like so addicted to the Big & Small table
we sat there for quite long hours and they manage to win
but not a lucky day for me & HIM because we lose
each of us lose for RM150 that night
anyway we did enjoy the fun over there

We went back to the hotel together about 3am morning
